Busyness to Magic: The 95-Day Journal-Planner was born out of my signature private coaching program that I designed for busy humans who are done with feeling time strapped and burned out and are ready to reclaim their sense of adventure, and well, magic. 

While the Journal-Planner captures my key 3-step process to reclaim time and energy, it only covers the first module of my program. It doesn’t cover how you can understand and work with your emotions, habits, and unconscious beliefs that drive your everyday choices so that you can become the next-level version of yourself. Now if you’re wondering why it doesn’t dive into those topics, it’s because the Journal was already 400+ pages and because I believe that this kind of deep energetic, somatic, and psychological work is most successful when you have a personal guide.
