DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.

I am not a medical professional, and therefore, I do not diagnose illness, disease, or medical disorders. My counsel in stress relief, goal-setting, work-life balance, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness should never replace the advice of your medical physician or mental health professional.

I am a certified life coach, Reiki Master Teacher, certified and registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, certified Health & Nutrition Coach, Shamanic Practitioner, Certified NeuroLinguistic Programming, Hypnosis, EFT, and T.I.M.E. Practitioner with a M.A. in English and Curriculum Design.

As a result, I offer life, spiritual, work, health and wellbeing suggestions in accordance with my own experiences, intuitive abilities, and training.

You are a sovereign being and therefore are responsible for actions that you do in accordance with or against any advice given by me. Neither Mind Body Dharma nor I are liable in any way for any issues that may arise after a coaching program, session, retreat, class, or workshop.

THE MIND BODY DHARMA COMMITMENT

I am committed to offering you, to the best of my ability, tools and practices that you can use to further your personal development, create healthy habits, cultivate a greater sense of self-compassion, self-confidence, and self-care, while growing towards a more fulfilled and balanced life.

I act in accordance with the Yoga Alliance compliance and integrity statutes at all times, and never seek to cause harm in any way.

Mind Body Dharma is an anti-racism organization and does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, background, sexual orientation, or gender preferences.

Systemic inequities are real, and Mind Body Dharma acknowledges that not everyone has equal opportunity or starts on an even playing field. All programs are designed to focus on what we do have agency over (such as our nervous system, emotions, and behaviors) and strive to impact the individual and collective in positive ways.

The majority of services are designed for women-identifying humans but are open to all folks who feel welcome within this community.

Sincerely,

Emily Schickli
