We find our path and create more purpose by following breadcrumbs, one at a time…not trying to see the whole picture before we even start.
Your nervous system determines your progress, not your calendar.
If you try to make a massive change—like waking up at 5am or quitting your job—your nervous system sends stress signals to shut it down to keep you safe.
So if you want to make moves, you need to expand your nervous system's capacity first to avoid collapse. And you can do that with body-based practices in 3 minutes or less.

Here’s the thing: without hustling harder, I became a coach, author, and yoga teacher in my spare time while working full-time at an EdTech startup.

Sitting in a conference room at work one day in 2016, I wrote down a secret dream I didn’t know I had: I wanted to become a yoga teacher.
I started running bite-sized life experiments. I got my certification and taught yoga 2x a month at work––for 5 years.
That one experiment sparked a ripple effect: I started to care less about office politics, prioritized my time better, got more done, and even got promoted.
I didn’t leave my job to take my business full-time until 2022, when I felt ready and I didn’t sacrifice my wellbeing or my relationships to do it either.
