The Mistressmind will start the week of August 2020 and go for 12 weeks, with the live coaching calls taking place for an hour on a weekday each week.
The time and day of the live calls will be determined based on the group's general availability. The last cohort met at 7:45pm on Mondays, and it worked out well.
Your homework throughout the program will be just 25 minutes, 3 days a week, with the option to add on if you want.

Q: Why do I have to apply and what is the application?
Sustainable Self-Care (Without The Overwhelm) is a live, personalized group coaching "Mistressmind" program, and I limit enrollment to only 8 people maximum each time to make sure that everyone gets the support and feedback they need to succeed.
I also make sure that everyone who signs up is ready and willing to do the work and be a positive member of the group. As a result, every person who wishes to join the Mistressmind must hop on a call with me to determine whether it's a good fit.
After our conversation, if we're both "yeses", I'll send over a link to your coaching contract and where you can pay to enroll. You'll also get immediate access to my highly impactful Goal-Setting Journal Prompts.
Q: What do you mean that the Mistressmind is taught live? And, what is the support like?
I teach the main concepts of Sustainable Self-Care (Without The Overwhelm) LIVE via 60-min small group video calls once/week. These video calls involve me teaching impactful concepts and you asking questions, getting personalized coaching and feedback, and working through exercises like meditations, journaling, and discussion to help you implement what we learn.
It’s 100% optional to have your video on, but most women in the program do because we keep it supportive and safe, and the connections made here are seriously real and special—more on that later.
The calls are part-lecture, part-workshop, and part "round-robin" style coaching. You always get 1-1 advice too, and you have access to me via email and a private Voxer chat (a secure phone app for text and voice messaging) in-between the calls and for all 12 weeks.
And because I’m ALL about keeping things both practical and totally doable for a busy, high-vibe woman like you…
You also have weekly homework that:
A) counts as your self-care and only takes 25 minutes, 3 days / week

A: The only way to sign up for this Mistressmind is by talking with me on the phone, so I make doubly sure that everyone is a true Dharma Queen and not a drama queen…because we like to focus on the BIG stuff that’ll impact your life and keep it supportive, focused, safe, positive, and private.

Q: What will the weekly live calls be like?
If you enroll in the Queen or Empress membership tier, you'll also get the monthly live-taught, 25-minute lesson that serves as the "connective tissue" that unites the digital self-care kit resources and goes deeper into the concepts and research that the exercises address so that you can maximize their benefits and apply them to your life.
After the live-taught lesson, you'll also get the opportunity to join a discussion and experience "hot seat" coaching, where you can ask personal questions or challenges that came up for you during the month as well as questions about applying the month's kit to your own unique life. Think of it like a round-robin of mini 1-1 coaching sessions.
Q: What's the commitment I make by signing up for a membership?
By enrolling in a monthly membership, you commit to 3 months. After 3 months, if you wish to cancel, you may do so by letting me know via email at [email protected]. You must let me know at least 7 days before your monthly membership auto-renews (depends on when you signed up).
