8 years ago, I hit rock bottom while transitioning from being an educator to working 14+ hour days in the tech industry.

Even though I was following all the self-care “SHOULDs”, I felt like I couldn’t keep up, and I wasn’t good enough. I had stress-induced migraines, chronic pain, and gut issues to boot.

But then I made a choice that I was WORTH the effort to change.

I dove into YEARS of research and trial and error...saw doctors, energy workers, a therapist, coaches... you name it.

Eventually, I brought it all together and figured out a new, more holistic approach to “work-life balance” that transformed my life.

Now, I leverage my teaching experience and Masters in English and Curriculum Design from the University of Chicago in my coaching programs that bring together the science of psychology and neuroscience and the power of Eastern teachings, energetics, and intuition to help women-identifying folks design––and live––their most aligned lives.
