I Know What the Stress Spiral Feels Like...

7 years ago, I hit rock bottom while transitioning from being an educator to working 14+ hour days in the tech industry.

Even though I was following all the self-care “SHOULDs”, I felt like couldn’t keep up, and I wasn’t good enough. I had stress-induced migraines, chronic pain, and IBS to boot.

But then I made a choice that I was WORTH the effort to quit the self-sabotage and make some deep changes.

I dove into YEARS of research and trial and error...saw doctors, energy workers, a therapist, acupuncturist, coaches... you name it.

Eventually, I brought it all together and figured out a new, more holistic approach to self-care that transformed my life.

Now, I leverage my teaching experience and Masters in English and Curriculum Design from the University of Chicago in my coaching programs to bring together psychology and energetics to help women and non-binary people design––and live––their most aligned lives.

Q: What will the quarterly live mini Ritual Retreats be like?
Each quarter, you'll get to join a live, interactive mini Ritual Retreat via a Zoom video conference call. In this live experience, you'll deepen your connection to your mind, body, and spirit through transformational exercises all centered around helping you implement a self-care ritual into your very real, busy life. Yep, it's not just about learning yet another self-care tip or hack––it's actually practicing self-care so you feel refreshed and inspired at the end of our time together.

You'll also get the opportunity to ask questions and even get "round robin" or "hot seat" style group coaching, where you can ask personal questions or voice challenges that came up for you during the month and get personalized advice. Think of it like short, rapid-fire 1-1 coaching sessions.

Q: What will the private community be like?
The Members-Only Community is a private group in our online portal (not on social media) and it's designed with you in mind to help you actually implement self-care into your life. We all have run into the too-much-information and too-many-"to-dos" trap. This private, members-only group will help you overcome that with weekly accountability threads. For example, at the beginning of the week, you'll share your goals. Mid-week, we'll check in to see how you're progressing, and at the end of the week, you'll share any questions or challenges that came up for you so you can get support.

And since everyone in the group is focused on the same theme and creating their own rituals, you’ll be continually inspired and held accountable by your peers. You can crowdsource help and even form friendships.

Q: What's the commitment I make by signing up for the Self-Care Rituals Membership?
By signing up for the monthly membership, you commit to 1 month. If you wish to cancel, you may do so by letting me know via email at [email protected]. You must let me know at least 7 days before your membership auto-renews (depends on when you signed up) to ensure that you won't get charged. When you cancel, you'll lose access to the Toolkits, monthly Ritual Retreats and private members-only group.

By enrolling in a yearly membership, you commit for the full year and pay in full (not monthly). If you wish to cancel your membership after a year, email me at [email protected] at least 7 days before your membership auto-renews.

Q: How will I be billed?
Once you pay for a 1-month membership, your card will be automatically charged via Stripe every month unless you cancel. The date on which you will be charged depends on when you signed up. For example, if you sign up on April 15th for a monthly membership, you will be charged for the next month on May 15th and so on.

If you sign up for a yearly membership on April 15th, you will be charged again on April 15th of the following year when your membership auto-renews (unless you request to cancel 7 days prior; you will receive a reminder).
