In this 60-Minute art and mindfulness workshop, you will:
- Respond to introspective journaling prompts to better understand your inner critic and those self-limiting beliefs that come up as you step out of your comfort zone
- Be guided through a fun visualization meditation and character drawing technique to reduce your inner critic’s power over you
- Discover how you can meet the needs of your inner child––the scared part of you who is hiding behind the inner critic––so you can feel more confident and empowered as you level up in all areas of your life
